I’ve been coming to see Chris for my haircuts for a couple of years now and it’s always a top-notch experience. The salon itself is beautiful, all of the stylists are friendly and kind, and the service is consistently high quality without being pretentious. Chris always gives helpful suggestions but isn’t pushy and I always leave with my hair looking exactly how I imagined. Can’t recommend enough!

we are able to be attended to without an appointment. the pricing was very fair. the hair cutter did not rush doing our hair and was very pleasant. there are also children books that my kid liked while waiting.the facility is neat and clean and it is conveniently inside the mall, and we went shopping right after.

Despite being French, I was very well received. The staff were super friendly and the end result was impeccable.Thanks again

Talented staff. Welcoming atmosphere. My experience was excellent. Emily listened to what I wanted, “make it look better” and then did it, I will be returning. It was raining when I was leaving and Emily, umbrella in hand, walked with me to my car. Great customer appreciation. Thank you.

I had my hair done at Define for the first time today. I had the wonderful fortune to have Savannah to my full highlights and I just have to say I am no longer looking for a stylist or salon. Her personality is outstanding and only upstaged by her talent. The Owner Lyndsy and all the staff are very welcoming and warm. Thank you Savannah!!!

Couldn’t have had a better “treat yourself” day yesterday at Hair and Body Devotion. Brittany and Ireland did an absolutely amazing job shaping up my eyebrows and giving me a fresh set of gel nails to show off my new engagement ring. Not only were they talented, they were very personable and made my first time experience amazing.

After nearly 5 years as a loyal customer, Alex suspended my customer account for missing an appointment with Mathieu. It’s tremendously sad, as I’d been going every two weeks since 2017. After going in person to apologize to Mathieu, I later received a text message from him that I’d have to pay for the missed appointment. I immediately agreed and said I’d do so on my next visit. I didn’t hear anything further and assumed all was good. But then my recurring appointments were cancelled and my customer account suspended without notice. It’s odd because Mathieu later messaged claiming that he couldn’t see me due to the barbershop’s policy. But going to their website, it clearly says that customers will pay 50% of the missed appointment on their next visit. Nothing about being suspended as a customer after agreeing in writing to pay 100% on the next visit. The irony here is that Mathieu himself was 10 minutes late for our last appointment, having left to go run an errand and leaving the barbershop entirely. I didn’t bat an eyelash. I just said “it’s no problem”. Not to mention that I continued my loyalty despite their barbers turning over several times over the years. And this is how they apparently treat loyal customers. One missed appointment and you’re out.

Great place but not a lot of experience with people that have thick course hair. For future reference I will be going elsewhere.

I have been here whenever I need a quick hair cut. Used to have tickets system for like $10 per cut including tip. Now it is $12 plus whatever you heart tells ýou to add ... ;-).
